From April until 30 July, MCA Café Executive Chef Keith Higginson fuses modern Australian and Algerian flavours with a special menu inspired by Kader Attia’s exhibition in our Level 1 Galleries.
Set your fork into a hearty Vegetable Tagine with sweet potato, tomato, preserved lemon and dates accompanied by flat bread, or nibble on Lamb Kefta with Fennel, Mint, Feta, and Pomegranate Salad. The menu plays with a mix of classic dishes enlivened with ingredients like lamb kefta and merguez sausage, with hints of chermoula, harissa, dukkha and more.
