Your Room Opposite the Opera, fourteen individual works from 1994 to 2017.

For details please refer to the exhibition catalogue on the sofa.

Colour is key to most of Rist’s art – high-key, vivid or sensual it floods through her videos, from her earliest works to her most recent, in which it washes over our skin. She says: ‘I like installations that really get you involved, that make you part of them, or that even work like a lullaby.’ In Your Room Opposite the Opera floor-to-ceiling projections are placed in conversation with a domestic apartment in which beds, chairs, tables and animals come alive with moving images and sounds.
