Bella Plus Program

Explore contemporary art and develop new creative skills through art-making experiences in this flexible and FREE 90 minute program for adults with specific needs, including physical, intellectual, emotional or behavioural disability. Led by MCA Artist Educators, each program includes gallery exploration, visiting the Bella Room, and art making activities.

Investigate contemporary artworks on Gallery Explorations of current exhibitions, and then explore art-making processes and ideas in a practical session in the creative and digital studios of the National Centre for Creative Learning.

Discover the multi-sensory Bella Room, where each year Bella commission artists create interactive installations designed to engage and inspire people with specific needs to explore contemporary art through sensory experience.

Bella Plus is FREE for all participants and each program is tailored and responsive to individual group requirements. Bella Plus is available every Monday during school term or at other times by request.

Advance bookings are essential.
Standard Session Times: Mondays 12.30pm-2.00pm or by special request
Session Length: 60-90 minutes
