A psychiatrist’s view of the work of Grayson Perry

Led by Jonathan Phillips with Chief Curator Rachel Kent

Associate Professor Jonathan Phillips AM is a general and forensic psychiatrist with a busy practice in Sydney. He has held many non-clinical positions including President of the Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Psychiatrists, Chair of the Committee of Presidents of the Australian Medical Colleges, Chair of the Specialist Medical Review Council, and a member of the Australian Medical Council.

He has a longstanding interest in contemporary art, and the creative process more generally. Has has contributed to the ACCA series Art Think/ Art Shrink.
