Special Event

Spring Yoga Series

Yoga is still on tonight!

Weather contingency plan
Due to wet weather Yoga will be held on Level 3, National Centre for Creative learning this week only!!

From October 15 to January 28, the MCA is set to inspire mind, body and soul with a new 'Spring Yoga Series’ on our rooftop Sculpture Terrace, in partnership with lululemon athletica.

Every Thursday evening, as part of our Lights on Later late-night program, you’re invited to soak up the setting sun and panoramic views of the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge and join a free 45-minute, all levels Vinyasa yoga class hosted by lululemon athletica. This fun, lighthearted practice will be accessible to beginners while providing enough challenge for seasoned yogis.

After the class, you can just linger on the Terrace, relax with a bite to eat at the MCA Cafe and live music from our “Sounds on the Terrace” program, participate in hands-on creative workshops or head down to our Galleries to immerse yourself in world-class contemporary art.

Book your ticket now for a truly memorable experience. And it’s all for free – what’s not to like!
