Saturday Sessions Presented by Work-shop
– Linocut Printmaking with Susan Tee

The creative team from Sydney’s own Work-shop, have brought their popular and fun courses to the MCA over four Saturday’s in November.

Unleash your creativity and get hands-on in these artist-led workshops! Book early, spaces limited!

Saturday 14 November, 12.30-2.30pm

National Centre for creative learning

Learn techniques for transcribing drawings or photographs into relief prints without a press. You will use tools to carve into the lino, plus ink and a brayer to print the image. This entertaining and practical demonstration of DIY printmaking is a very useful tool for reproducing artwork and encourages creativity.

This class includes your very own take home kit to continue your new talent at home!

Bio
Susan Tee’s background is in advertising as a graphic designer/art director. She is now working as an educator in a preschool,enjoying doing creative activities with the children and taking adult classes in Printmaking and Outdoor Drawing at WEA.
