Laughter Sessions

Inspired by the Pipilotti Rist: Sip my Ocean exhibition which radiates joy and colour, take part in a laughter session at the MCA and melt your worries away!

Through simple laughter exercises suitable for all ages, learn about the many benefits of laughter and its contagious nature. Join these summer mood-booster sessions which will energize your body and mind!

Laughter really is the best medicine.

Tickets for the Laughter workshop includes 1 single entry ticket to the Pipilotti Rist: Sip my Ocean exhibition, part of the Sydney International Art Series. Please note that this ticket will be given to you on the day of the workshop and valid anytime up until February 18, 2018.

About Shari Coventry
Shari Coventry is a skilled facilitator working with a variety of organizations to create a culture that is positive, innovative, engaging and fun. She has been involved in the wellness industry for over 15 years in many capacities creating tailor-made workshops and programs for workplace wellbeing, conferences and community events. Her workshops are energizing and promote laughter, happiness, mindfulness and health. She is an internationally certified Laughter Yoga trainer and facilitator, Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner, Mindfulness teacher and has studied many alternative modalities. Shari is passionate in bringing people together through laughter to enhance their wellbeing, connection and to promote their health.
