Special Event

ARTBAR July 2016
– Curated by Wade Marynowsky

MCA ARTBAR 'Exquisite Corpse’ curated by Wade Marynowsky.

Like the chance-based drawing game of the same name, Exquisite Corpse is characterised by strange hybridity and metamorphosis. New Romance artist Wade Marynowsky will layer sound, video, drawing, neo-burlesque and spoken word performance artists to create an eccentric composition.

Join us for an ephemeral night of contemporary performance art where artists are pushing the boundaries and collaborating for the first time to create works never seen before and probably never again.

Featuring artists including Ruark Lewis, Gail Priest and Tyson Koh, expect a collision of sensory performances that will form a collaborative spectacle.

Surreal. Fleeting. Immersive. One night only.

Fri 29 Jul, 7-11pm
