Kathy Temin’s Koala Choir!

Join artist Kathy Temin in the development of her new artwork for the MCA and participate in a video exploring themes of cultural identity and diversity through costuming and audition of a song. Come along and sing your favourite song or choose a koala costume and join in all the fun!

In this open call, songs will vary from individual expressions of cultural identity through to pop. Join the artist as she engages with Australian cultural identity, exploring personalised and diverse experiences through song.

Cultural icon and symbol of Australia, the koala is an important component of Kathy’s new work. Come along and sing your favourite song or choose a koala costume and join in all the fun!
