Blog – How do you connect with everything?

Posted on Feb. 22, 2017 by Susie Anderson in Digital Media. View Comments
Every visitor responds to art in a different way.

A few years ago we collaborated with Telstra to create a digital space where visitors can leave their response and see other visitor interpretations of exhibitions. Our ipad app Articulate provided a platform for visitors to write, draw or leave a video response, and see responses from other visitors.

The immersive installations of Tatsuo Miyajima: Connect With Everything left our visitors contemplative, aware of their relationship with technology, time and life itself. Pair that meditative mindset with an ipad app and you get some of the most philosophical visitor feedback of all time.

See below for a selection of the wonderful responses we’ve had to our summer exhibition.

How do you connect with everything?

Getting my boogie on early in the morning – anonymous

Merge into what is happening both inside and out. Acceptance of what is – Cheryl Williams

Through ideas and the mind – Bhamini Runa

Ask questions. Ask every question that springs to mind. – Mimi McDiarmid

By listening, appreciating and responding – Lara

Search for the stories that everything holds. – Ali Reynolds
