generationext is a FREE program for teenagers at the Museum of Contemporary Art – it allows you to connect with all that’s new in contemporary art and culture by attending fantastic social events at the Museum. generationext is designed by teenagers - no teachers, no parents!!

Sunday 25 March 6 - 8pm
Get ready for a huge kick off to 2007 and the chance to win great prizes and display your photographic skills at generationext.
The event is in conjunction with the work of internationally recognised artist, Craigie Horsfield. His work records the people he knows and the environment around him.
The event also features the sculptures and instillations of Stephen Birch and the amazing works of Aboriginal elder Paddy Bedford. Plus get ready for a live performance from Spinifex, art competitions, artists talks, great food and hundreds of teenagers who love art and having a great time.
