Twin Set
– Music and Colour
Groove to the smooth tones of improvised jazz inspired by the late David Aspden’s vibrant Colourfield paintings featured in the 18th Biennale of Sydney: all our relations. Aspden’s long standing passion for jazz heavily influenced his work from the 60s onwards. This performance is followed by an introduction to colour theory by Dr. Zena O’Conner, lecturer in colour theory at the College of the Fine Arts, UNSW.
