Sunday Family Fun Day
– Wild Weavings

Welcome to a world of wild weaving at the MCA. Go up to level 3 to collect your Gallery Explorer and wander through the exhibition, string theory: Focus on contemporary Australian art finding artistic inspiration along the way. Back in the Creative Studios learn fun new string games to play using elastics and string then make a woolly weaving on your fingers and discover ways to transfer your design into a mixed media artwork exploring line, texture and pattern.

Ages 4+
Drop in, a suggested donation of $5 per family would be appreciated
