Corroboree Story Time

Join us for this specially themed Corroboree Story Time with Author, Linguist and Gamilaraay language teacher Donna Gayford McLaren. Settle in and grab a cushion as Donna reads from the bilingual story Dhural Buluuydha – A Noise in the Dark, her first children’s book, published in 2013 and co-authored by her mother Lynne Gayford.

Donna teaches linguistic and language teaching methods at the University of Western Sydney and Charles Sturt University. She has developed resources for use in schools and community programs and is currently completing her PhD in Developing Pedagogy for effective teaching of Aboriginal reclamation language.

Numbers are very limited and bookings are essential.
