Special Event

Singing Club

Embrace the simple joy of singing. Join a 30-minute vocal adventure, led by charismatic singer, songwriter and visual artist Tanya Sparke. Complete musical novices, child prodigies, strangers, friends, and divas are all welcome. No prior experience or knowledge necessary.

Attend one or all of the sessions happening each Thursday this November.

About Tanya

Tanya Sparke has been vocal coach for a broad array of performers and choral groups including ABC’s Play School, Sydney Children’s Festival Choir, and massed choirs at Sydney’s Town Hall.

As a recording artist she has been awarded two Australia Council grants for recording and has written and produced two of her own albums Darkwood Road and Uncomfortable Little Adjectives.

Her performance experience includes singing solo with the Australian Art Orchestra at Sydney Opera House and Melbourne Concert Hall, as well as multiple gigs around Sydney including The Sound Lounge at the Seymour Centre.

Tanya is no stranger to the art world. She has a post-graduate diploma in painting and is represented by Damien Minton Gallery in Redfern.

This opportunity to sing with Tanya is a rarity not to be missed.
