Workshop

Junior Art School
– Create, Animate

Digital Studios, National Centre for Creative Learning

Join us this school holidays for a full-day action-packed workshop with Artist Educators Giselle Stanborough and Ella Condon.

Participants will explore the extraordinary immersive video installations of Japanese artist Tabaimo as inspiration to create and animate their own ideas.

In the morning we will look at patterns in nature and create large-scale collaborative artworks using drawing, shadow play and a variety of time honoured print making techniques. The afternoon session will see these ideas truly come to life as we tackle digital photography and Windows Live Movie Maker to create truly unique and amazing animations.

Price includes all materials, lunch and drinks plus a USB stick to store your creations.

$115/100, Booking fees apply
Ages 8-12, Workshop is not suitable for children under 8
