Ivan Morison Artist Talk - Cancelled

Ivan Morison Artist Talk - Cancelled was one of the sessions.

This event has been cancelled

Discover the practice of UK-based artists Ivan and Heather Morison including their work Sleepers Awake, their temporary public sculpture using both land and sky. Known for their lyrical, enigmatic interventions in the public domain and their innovative but practical approach to communities, the artist-duo are presenting Sleepers Awake to signal the transformation of Bungarribee in the Western Sydney Parklands into a recreational hub, whilst recasting the star studded night sky. Sleepers Awake will be discussed in the context of a global practice creating site-specific projects with a wide range of media.

The work runs from 17–25 May at Western Sydney Parklands and is shown as part of the C3West program.
