Going Professional: Curating Now
– SOLD OUT

Going Professional: Curating Now: SOLD OUT was one of the sessions.

The term ‘curator’ is getting bandied around a lot these days, heck, people are even curating their Facebook pages! But what do curators really do, and how do you become one? Join MCA Chief Curator Rachel Kent in an informal conversation with MCA Public Engagement Manager Georgie Meagher, and you! Come with your questions ready.

Rachel Kent joined the MCA in 2000, and has presented exhibitions in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the USA and Canada. She speaks and publishes widely on contemporary art and curatorial practice. Rachel has worked with leading international and Australian artists including Yoko Ono, Kutlug Ataman, Lee Bul, Olafur Eliasson, Tim Hawkinson, Mike Parr and Shahzia Sikander.
